Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at Gladia Systems, you could do so within 24 hours of the orders placed. The cancellation would not be done once the work has already been started.

Gladia Systems strives to deliver the highest quality products of our clients. If you at any time in a development is not satisfied, you can ask for the refund.

In this case any client who is not satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of first instalment. The refund will be made after deducing the Service Tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us.

Website Development

Web site development products usually comprises two components : Web Design and Web Development. Web design includes the initial website mockup and layout design. Web development includes CMS/Blog implementation, e-commerce solution, and custom PHP/ASP/JSP coding.

AYou are entitled to get 100% refund of the upfront payment you made (if any) in the event of

  You are not satisfied with the initial design mockup;

• 2

  We did not start your project at all or we are not able to start soon;

• 3

  We are unable to complete the project as per the project specifications;

• 4

  You want to cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment.

No refund will be given if :

• 1

  You have already approved the design mockup. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete as per the project specifications;

• 2

  The project delays are caused by lack of communication from your end.

In case of service cancellation request submitted by the customer, a prorated refund will be issued if the account is eligible for a refund. Cancellations of accounts pre-paid on a yearly basis will only receive a prorated refund based on the monthly rate of the same hosting plan.

Cancellations of accounts pre-paid for on a monthly basis will be refunded only half the amount and that too only if the cancellation is requested during the first half of the month.

Gladia Systems reserves the right to cancel the service and access to the service at any time. In this event, the customers will be entitled to a prorate refund based upon the remaining period of service.

  Domain registration fees are non-refundable. The customer owns the domain and in case of cancellation, can transfer the domain to another registrar if he wishes to.

  No refunds will be issued if abuse of our terms of service or acceptable use policy forces Gladia Systems to suspend or terminate your service prematurily.

  If a customer contravenes Gladia Systems’ terms of service, a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

  Payments for account add-ons (SSL Certificates and static IP, ec.) are non-refundable as they are included only during the life of the hosting plan.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as per the “Cancellation of Services” section of our terms of service. Any other mode or method of cancellation will not be accepted.

You must allow upto 30 days for credit and refunds to be processed and applied to your account. The following methods of payments are non-refundable, and refunds will be posted as credit to the hosting account ;
